General Description
Imported and absorbed internationd advanced technology, the GDF series fan isa new product jointly developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zhejiang Shuangyang Fan Co., Ltd. and Tested by Zhejiang Large-middle Size Fan Testing Station and Hefei General Machinery Research Institute. The fan is charactersized by excellent performance, reliable operation, low-noise, compact stucture, easy In stallation and direct connecting with duots.
Structure
1.A impeller of GDF fan is consist of circular arc aluminum alloy blades, front plate and back plate and formed with mechanized moulds. With static and dynamic testing, It have been proved that the impeller has features of stable operation and perfect aerodynamic performance.
2.The galvanized steel plates or stainiess steel plates are used as fan casing material and they are connected by spot welding after mechanized moulds processing, which the impeller has firm and compact structure.
3. The motor support is formed by mechanized moulds processing with galvanized steel plates.
4. The fan impeller is directly drived by rotating motor enclosure. The impeller is fixed on motor enclosure. the motor support end is fixed on the motor support which is on the enclosure.
