General Description

DWS-I and DWT-I series roof fan has many different specs and models,it is widly used, and is in high efficiency,low noise,light weight.high intensity. It is rotproof,in steady operation,has long life span and beautiful appearance. This series fan is widly used for the ventilation of the power plant,chemical plant,rubber plant,mechanism plant and hi-class civil building. This series fan has 17 specifications according the difference of the impeller diameter: 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1120, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, 2400.

Products Characteristics

1. Fan impeller: aluminum alloy, in large airflow volume, low noise, high efficient, etc. When used with reversible bidirectional blades, the fan can be forward and reversible ventilation in the same installation position, and the blade angle can be adjusted at static state for air supply and exhaust both.
2.Matched motor: Use the motor with IP54,and isolation class F.when the isolation class is H.the products can be contantly operated under 280C/45min,also can use the explosion proof motor,two-speed motor and frequency conversion motor.
3.Housing and funnel cap:the fan housing is made of steel and the funnel cap is made of FRP or aluminium. Structure intensity of the whole fan is designed at the extreme outside wind speed of 50m/s,which hasa quite good wind resistance ability.
4. Valve: gravity automatic close type or electric driven open-close type. The gravity automatic close valve consists of galvanized plate frame and aluminum alloy blades: The blades of the electric driven open-close valve is aluminium alloy insulation. louver which can prevent condensation and reverse flow. The smoke exhaust and fire prevention valve can be optional smoke exhaust and ventilation. and the fan and the smoKe exhaust and fire prevention valve have passed the type test for national fire fighting products. 

5. lnstallation and maintenance: Maintain the fan just after remove the funnel cap,it Is easy to operate.
6. Filter screen: the fan in this series is equippeel with an inlet extraction filter screen which can be extracted for cleaning and reusing.
