The fan has passed CCO certification, which ensures 60min normal operation of the fan at the temperature of 280°C (according to the standard,the operation time of fan is 30min at 280°C or 45min at 250°C).

The fan, optimized by three-dimensional flow simulation and multi-objective design with CAD system software, through aerodynamic performance prediction and stress modal analysis,has excellent aerodynamic performance and sufficient strength at high temperature.

Fine process and high structural strength

Air duct with elaborate production line: from precision cutting, robot automatic welding, end flange integration spinning molding to flange angles punching, the air duct has standard sizes, nice appearance and high structural strength.
The complete molds production of blades and rear guide blades ensures that the blades have precision size and stable curved arc; the integral hub is compression molding with the hub edge strengthened by spinning and has the minimum mass and stress under the given rigidity and strength; the spinning streamlined front cover improves the fan efficiency and reduces the noise: the automatic robot welding. high tooling positioning accuracy and the stable and reliable welding effect ensure the long-term and stable operation of fan.
The Venturi tube inlet is spin forming to ensure the aerodynamic characteristics of the streamline.
The electrostatic powder spraying production line, via 12 procedures and high temperature baking process, produces perfect anti-corrosion effect.
