General Description

Series T35-11 Axial-flow fan was designed and reformed in 1980's on basis of series T30-11 axial- flow fan and has evident advantages compared with series T30-11:1, Optimized construction and low flow loss,high strengh at blade root.2, Obvious improvement of performance,rate of total pressure efficiency is 89.5 percent,noise level reduce by 3.6dB (A).
This series fits to transport uninflammable,unexplosive and uncorrosive gas with low dust content at surrounding temperature not over 60C,and has wide application in the fieds of ventilation in factory,office and department,fields of strong thermal diffusion of warm air,also may be assembled as series connection witha distance from each other in pipe system to increase air pressure.
This series has thirteen kinds of impeller diameter altogether,each has four blades with five angle forms of 15°, 20°, 25°,30°,35°, wide parameters,and air flow from 826m/h to 67892m'/h,air pressure from 39 to 483Pa (detailed please see the preformance parameters table).
This series is comprised of four major parts of impeller,casing,collector and motor,among which impeller directly connects with motor,and rotates in left-handed direction.
Serise FT35-11 anticorrosive axial- flow fan,is new designed based on series T35-17 fan by adopting corrosion- resistant materials and epoxy paint and anticorrisive motor,and fits to convey corrosive gas.
Series B135-11 fan is drivative product of Series 135-11 and used to convey inflammable,corrosive gas. Its impeller is made from aluminum alloy to avoid sparkle when running, and exploding isolation motor attached.
The performance.parameters.outlining dimensions and operating instructions of Series FT35-17 and BT35-11 are the same as that of series T35-11.
