RAS and RAE series fan has9 specifications according the difference of the impeller diameter: 300, 400, 500, 560, 630,710, 800, 900, 1000, the airflow is from 1470 m%h to 54100 m*/h.

Product Features

1. Fan impeller: aluminum alloy, with features of large airflow volume, low noise and high efficient. With reversible bidirectional blades, the fan can be forward and reversible ventilation in the same installation position, and the blade angle is static adjustable for air supply and exhaust both.
2. Matched motor: Use the motor with IP54,and isolation class F,also can use the explosion proof motor.two-speed motor and frequency conversion motor.
3. Housing: It is made up of aluminum alloy, the whole fan structure intensity is designed according to the extreme outside wind speed under 50m/s.it hasa quite good wind resistance ability.
4. Funnel cap: aluminum alloy, in light weight, high intensity and small wind resistance.
5. Valve: gravity automatic close type or electric driven open-close type. The blades of the gravity automatic close valve is
aluminium alloy insulation louver which can prevent condensation and reverse flow and especially suitable for northern cold areas.
6. Fan filter screen: the fan is equipped with an inlet extraction filter screen which can be extracted for cleaning and reusing.
7. Installation and maintenance: The funnel cap is connected by the special leading board, the low weight is good for maintenance and installation.
8. Smooth operation: the balance quality grade of the fan in this series is ISO1940 G2.5 grade and the whole machine has passed the mechanical operation test, vibration test and pneumatic performance test to ensure the smooth and reliable operation, which effectively extend the fan service life and reduce the noise and vibration of the fan.
